Plot
Mothra Gemini and Antra begin their brawl with Omegaguirus while Emi, Mira, the Shobijin, and the Handmaidens of Antra all pray for their success. Mothra restrains Omegaguirus with her Snare Pulsar while Antra whips at her back with energized antennae, but she absorbs both attacks and retaliates with an eruption of dark energy that floors both of her opponents. Her Meganula then drain their energy and transfer it to her. Their acolytes then encourage them to go back to close-quarters combat. Omegaguirus's snapping claws keep them at bay at first, but Antra seizes Megaguirus's tail while Mothra swipes at the claw nearest her. Omegaguirus's other claw, however, severs Antra's arm. When Omegaguirus withdraws higher in the sky, Antra picks up Mothra with her remaining arm and hurls her at the dragonfly. Omegaguirus launches a spike from her tail at Antra, then rips off most of Mothra's right wing as the projectile pierces Antra's back. Mothra falls to the earth in a heap as Omegaguirus descends towards a seemingly powerless Antra. With the last of her strength, Antra chops off one of Megaguirus's claws with her pincers, but the dragonfly beheads her with a swing of her remaining claw as Antra's Handmaidens and drones cry out in sorrow.
Emi, Mira, and the Shobijin sing to Mothra, granting her the strength to launch herself at Omegaguirus and tear into her wings. The Handmaidens join them, calling upon the drones to fuse themselves to Mothra's forelimbs, forming sharp claws. Thus empowered, Mothra disarms Megaguirus, then plunges both blades into her chest. She finishes off Omegaguirus by siphoning the energy the Meganula stole from the last Mothra, which restores her wing and turns her eyes purple. Mira and Emi tearfully watch her triumph as the Shobijin and Handmaidens embrace. Mothra spots an egg-like object in Antra's carcass, then turns her attention to the smoldering remains of Omegaguirus. A small dragonfly emerges who is frightened of Mothra at first until they touch claws. Both monsters take flight as Emi and Mira congratulate Mothra and tell her they'll meet again. The sisters hug as Mothra and the creature Emi names "Miniguirus" fly away.
Time passes. The city where the previous Mothra fell is now overgrown with vegetation, as is the kaiju's body. Emi and Mira, tending to their garden, greet a group of survivors, and the Shobijin watch them with pride.
