Clodzilla is a kaiju created by Dark Horse in 1988 for the first issue of Insane.
Name
Clodzilla's name is a play on the word "clod", which is slang for a dumb person, and "Godzilla," the monster which he parodies.
Design
Clodzilla heavily resembles Godzilla, with his main differences being a longer snout, larger eyes, a larger nose, and numerous square teeth protruding from his upper jaw. Insane #1's cover depicts him with green scales.
History

"Clodzilla"
Clodzilla made landfall in a city, aspiring to learn from his famous cousin Godzilla. When Gamera mocked the out-of-towner, Godzilla blasted him with atomic breath before taking his cousin on a walk through the city as other monsters set about destroying it. Godzilla told Clodzilla that the monsters there were the greatest in the world due to their work ethic, but warned Clodzilla of a monster more terrible than any of them; before he could finish, Clodzilla was distracted by Bodzilla, though the King of Monsters' reprimanded him before informing him that she was his girlfriend. King Ghidorah approached the trio, inquiring Godzilla about Clodzilla before each of his heads start flirting with Bodzilla. Godzilla attempted to intervene, only to have his blast interrupted by a gravity beam from the right head. Enraged, Clodzilla joined the fight, knocking out Ghidorah with one punch and impressing both Bodzilla and Godzilla. As Clodzilla remarked how good of a team they made, Godzilla grabbed a mailbox and introduced his cousin to the ultimate monster he spoke of: a national debt nearing $4 trillion. Terrified, Clodzilla took his leave. The other monsters soon followed suit, and construction workers sprang into action, knowing that the kaiju would return the next day.

Physical abilities
When defending Bodzilla from King Ghidorah, Clodzilla was able to knock him out in one punch.
Durability
Clodzilla withstood being jostled and smacked around by Godzilla and completely ignored attacks from the military.
Weaknesses
Clodzilla's lack of intellect lead to him being bullied by Gamera. Upon learning of the United States' national debt, Clodzilla's previous bravado collapsed and he fled the city.
