Hyper Mecha-King Ghidorah

Hyper Mecha-King Ghidorah (ハイパーメカキングギドラ Haipā Meka Kingu Gidora) is an almost entirely mechanical Ghidorah mecha created by Toho that first appeared in the 1998 Godzilla Island episode "Randeth Gets Fired".
Design
Hyper Mecha-King Ghidorah's body is more mechanical than the original Mecha-King Ghidorah, with his only organic body parts being his twin tails. Hyper Mecha-King Ghidorah's entire body is mechanical, and his legs heavily resemble those of the G-Guard Mechagodzilla. In addition, his wings are larger and gold in color similar to the organic King Ghidorah's wings, though they are obviously still mechanical.

Zagreth redeemed Hyper Mecha-King Ghidorah from a Monster Vending Machine floating out in outer space.

Mecha-King Ghidorah
The Vabaruda came across the Monster Vending Machine floating in space, and the ship's captain Zagreth examined its contents. She was tempted by the Special Grade-A Hyper Mecha-King Ghidorah, but was persuaded not to buy it due to its extremely high cost and instead purchased the less powerful but cheaper Grade-B Mecha-King Ghidorah.
Conclusion
Having won a large fortune at the Space Casino, Zagreth bought the Grade-A Hyper Mecha-King Ghidorah. Now piloting the cyborg, she interrupted the Giant Dark Emperor while he was firing her replacement, Randeth, and tried to convince him to allow her to lead the Xilien invasion of Earth instead, to which he agreed. She taunted Randeth briefly before flying to Godzilla Island and immediately attacked the monsters living there, sending Gorosaurus, Baragon, King Caesar, Anguirus, and Junior into retreat. Hyper Mecha-King Ghidorah then effortlessly destroyed one of G-Guard's laser cannons with its gravity beams, and used its Freeze Ray to completely freeze the G-Guard base and prevent Moguera and Mechagodzilla from entering the battle. Godzilla arrived to confront Hyper Mecha-King Ghidorah but was quickly frozen and left defenseless when exposed to the Freeze Ray. Zagreth used this opportunity to force an ultimatum upon G-Guard Commander Beisuke Jinguji: either he told her the real secret of Godzilla Island in ten minutes or she would kill Godzilla. After ten minutes passed, she prepared to kill Godzilla, but was stopped by Torema suddenly appearing in the Panna Torte and firing on Hyper Mecha-King Ghidorah. The cyborg successfully shot the Panna Torte down and prepared to crush it when Godzilla emerged from the ice and snuck up on Hyper Mecha-King Ghidorah, grabbing it from behind and throwing it to the ground and then blasting it with atomic breath. With this, Hyper Mecha-King Ghidorah retreated back to space.
Some time later, after Godzilla Island's real secret was revealed to be a warp gate, the Giant Dark Emperor's true form was exposed, and an argument between Zagreth and Randeth led to the accidental self-destruction of the Vabaruda, Zagreth reappeared piloting Hyper Mecha-King Ghidorah and tried to use its tractor beam to abduct the warp gate. Rodan intervened, colliding with Hyper Mecha-King Ghidorah and knocking it out of the sky as Godzilla, Mothra Leo, and several other monsters converged on it. Hyper Mecha-King Ghidorah sent most of them into retreat with its gravity beams, but Torema in the Panna Torte, Misato Jinguji in the Tart Coupe, and Beisuke Jinguji in Mechagodzilla joined the fight themselves and combined their attacks to sever Hyper Mecha-King Ghidorah's right head. Godzilla then reappeared and severed the central head by winning a beam-fight between his atomic breath and the Freeze Ray, causing Hyper Mecha-King Ghidorah to collapse to the ground. Torema ignored Zagreth's pleas for mercy and blasted Hyper Mecha-King Ghidorah until Misato forced her to stop. Hyper Mecha-King Ghidorah watched as Randeth arrived in the Gyotengo and Cameron activated the warp gate to allow the Giant Dark Emperor to travel to Earth. While Misato tried to reverse the warp gate during the battle between the Gyotengo and the Giant Dark Emperor, Zagreth used this distraction to activate "auto-recovery mode" to reattach Hyper Mecha-King Ghidorah's severed heads and continue the fight with Torema. This fight would be short-lived, however, as Misato successfully reversed the warp gate and Hyper Mecha-King Ghidorah was sucked into it alongside the Gyotengo and Cameron, never to be seen again.
Abilities
Flight
Hyper Mecha-King Ghidorah was capable of flight both in space and in Earth's atmosphere.
Freeze Ray
Hyper Mecha-King Ghidorah can unleash an ice breath from the mouth of its middle head called the Freeze Ray. It was effective against both the G-Guard base and Godzilla, freezing the latter almost immediately and leaving him defenseless until he broke free of the ice.
Gravity Beams
Like King Ghidorah, Hyper Mecha-King Ghidorah can fire Gravity Beams from the mouth of all three of its heads, though they are red in color instead of its organic counterpart's yellow beams. These beams were powerful enough to completely destroy a G-Guard laser cannon, damage the Panna Torte, and send numerous monsters into retreat such as Gorosaurus, Baragon, and Anguirus.
Tractor beam
Hyper Mecha-King Ghidorah can emit a green tractor beam from the mouth of its middle head.
Reattachment
Hyper Mecha-King Ghidorah can re-attach its heads if they have been severed or blown off.
Durability
Hyper Mecha-King Ghidorah was unaffected by the ray fired from one of the G-Guard laser cannons.
Weaknesses
Hyper Mecha-King Ghidorah was defenseless when Godzilla grabbed it from behind, threw it to the ground and then blasted it with atomic breath, sending it into retreat. Some other attacks were able to damage Hyper Mecha-King Ghidorah such as the Panna Torte's lasers and Rodan slamming into it. Godzilla's atomic breath severed one of its heads; a combination of Mechagodzilla's eye lasers and laser shots from both the Panna Torte and Tart Coupe severed another.
