Godzilla (ゴジラ Gojira) is a kaiju who first appears in the 2021 Toho-produced park attraction Godzilla the Ride: Giant Monsters Ultimate Battle, reappearing in the ride's 2025 sequel Godzilla the Ride: Great Clash. A giant monster that appears in Saitama within Tokyo to confront the extraterrestrial King Ghidorah, Godzilla engaged the alien dragon in a short but unforgettable battle, ultimately prevailing as well as inadvertently saving the SDC armored vehicle housing the ride's audience.

Godzilla's Japanese name, Gojira (ゴジラ), comes from a combination of the Japanese approximation of "gorilla" (ゴリラ gorira), and kujira (クジラ), the Japanese word for "whale."
Design
Godzilla's design in Godzilla the Ride: Giant Monsters Ultimate Battle seemingly borrows elements from the Heisei and Monsterverse incarnations, applying the silhouette of the former to the textures of the latter. He possesses medium-sized semi-sharp dorsal fins with black centers akin to the Showa era Godzilla designs, a broad snout, one row of sharp teeth slightly spaced apart, rough scales resembling radiation scars, dirty off-white nails, and a grayish-brown color throughout his body.
Godzilla's design in Godzilla the Ride: Great Clash reuses the model of his irradiated form in Godzilla Minus One but replaces the sharp jagged dorsal fins with the ones from the previous ride.
The natural color of Godzilla's eyes is inconsistent across his media appearances for Godzilla the Ride: Giant Monsters Ultimate Battle, some material portraying them as blue while others brown. In Godzilla the Ride: Great Clash, his eyes are a dark fiery orange, the same as in Godzilla Minus One.

Godzilla the Ride: Giant Monsters Ultimate Battle
The PA system at a Tokyo movie theater suddenly warned the guests of a giant monster attack. A JSDF soldier enters and shows footage of King Ghidorah, ravaging the city with his Gravity Beams, and Godzilla, approaching from the sea. He received orders to evacuate the guests in an armored vehicle operated by the Special Disaster Countermeasures unit, which was parachuted in by helicopter. He delivered a safety briefing just before Ghidorah smashed in a wall of the theater and roared at the guests, only to fly away.
After Ghidorah attacked two of the armored vehicles, destroying one of them, he defeated Rodan and blasted the top off of Tokyo Tower. The second vehicle narrowly avoided Ghidorah's gravity beams, and through the smoke of debris, Godzilla arrived in the city and roared a challenge. The vehicle landed on Godzilla's side and climbed up his shoulder before driving down his tail, soaring into the air and landing on a rooftop. Ghidorah threw Godzilla to the ground near the building, forcing the vehicle to drive off the roof and deploy parachutes again. Godzilla grabbed Ghidorah by the heads and threw him towards the vehicle, which slipped through a gap between his wing and leg. Ghidorah recovered and pounced, but Godzilla intercepted him with a powerful blast of atomic breath, suspending him in midair and blasting a hole through his chest. Godzilla roared in victory as the vehicle landed, only to be menaced by one of Ghidorah's still-living heads. Godzilla put a stop to it with a final stomp, spraying the vehicle with blue blood before roaring victoriously.

Atomic breath
This version of Godzilla possesses a powerful atomic breath (放射熱線 hōsha nessen, lit. "radioactive heat ray") or heat ray (熱線 nessen), a blue ray of superheated atomic energy fired from his mouth. In Godzilla the Ride: Giant Monsters Ultimate Battle, a single blast of it was capable of stopping Ghidorah midair and blowing a hole through his chest.
In Godzilla the Ride: Great Clash, it was able to engage in a Beam-Fight with G-Breaker.

Trivia
- This Godzilla was designed by Takashi Yamazaki, who would go on to use the design as a basis for the Godzilla in his 2023 feature-length Godzilla film Godzilla Minus One. Quite befittingly, both iterations are to reappear in sequels to their respective debut appearances, both set to mass distribute around the world in 2026, the former reappearing in the 2025-premiered Godzilla the Ride: Great Clash while the latter in the upcoming 2026 film Godzilla Minus Zero.
