- Monarch prepares to undertake an expedition into the Hollow Earth through a Vile Vortex on Skull Island. However, a storm left behind by King Ghidorah closes in on the island, allowing for the Titan Camazotz to surface as the island is plunged into darkness. Kong battles with the King of the Deep, and after an extensive battle, drives him back to the Hollow Earth. (Kingdom Kong)
