May is an antagonist who appears in IDW Publishing's 2025 ongoing comic series Godzilla. Referred to as "the girl with the power of Biollante", she begins a monster stampede across the United States to finally put an end to Godzilla and become "Queen of the Monsters".
Personality
May initially comes across as a shy and quiet individual, having not spoken a word since her adoptive parents found her. However, she hides a more ruthless side to her personality, taking satisfaction in the deaths of some bandits that had planned to raid her parent's estate.

Abilities
Plant life manipulation
May is capable of summoning monstrous vines and flytrap-like roses to attack or restrain people. She used these to great effect when several bandits planned a raid on her parent's estate, only to be swiftly and violently killed.
Mind control
May is able to manipulate kaiju via scent, drawing them to her and doing her bidding.
Trivia
- The rose that covers May's right eye recalls Biollante Asuka from P Godzilla vs. Evangelion: Second Impact G who, after being infected by Biollante's cells, grew a rose over her left eye.
