The Giant Dark Emperor (暗黒大皇帝 Ankoku Daikōtei) is a galactic dictator who appears in the 1997 kaiju television series, Godzilla Island.

Godzilla Island
The Giant Dark Emperor was once a dictator of the lost continent of Mu who conquered planet upon planet using warp gate technology. However, the Emperor was dethroned by his Muan subjects who hated his actions, and was incarcerated in a prison on Planet X for a period of 20,000 years. Now in the 21st century, having managed to ascend a new throne as emperor of the Dark Galactic Empire, he conspires against the people of Earth. Ordering the Xiliens Zagreth and Randeth to do his bidding, he sets his sights on a small South Pacific island home to countless of the Earth's most powerful monsters: Godzilla Island.

The Giant Dark Emperor summoned a meteor to strike Mecha-King Ghidorah, saving the Vabaruda.
Electrical powers
The Giant Dark Emperor remotely tortured his employee Zagreth after one of her failures using some form of electrical powers.
