Monarch: Legacy of Monsters
After May Olowe-Hewitt decrypted one of Bill Randa's data storage tapes, revealing scores of redacted Monarch documents, Collins, a Monarch agent in data culling at their Arlington, Virginia headquarters, detected the breach and alerted Tim. Though May had been careful not to leave her decryption software running for very long, Collins had been able to determine she was in Tokyo. Rather than loop in his superior, Deputy Director Natalia Verdugo, he quickly ushered her out of his office and contacted Michelle Duvall to help him deal with the situation. "Aftermath"
Collins later took a call at her desk from Dr. Barnes in Utah, who reported to Verdugo that she had detected gamma radiation in Alaska in amounts that hadn't been seen since the MUTOs emerged in 2014. "Parallels and Interiors" Verdugo and Tim traveled to San Francisco to investigate Hiroshi Randa's office, Verdugo then calling Collins and asking her to redirect their satellites to new coordinates in search of gamma ray spikes and contact Barnes. "Terrifying Miracles" After Barnes fled Outpost 88 in Alaska during Lee Shaw's hostile takeover, she called Verdugo, Collins chiming in to correct her on the outpost's number and relay to Verdugo that the outpost had gone offline. "Will the Real May Please Stand Up?"
Trivia
