Grand Flasher (グランドフラッシャー Gurando Furasshā) is a kaijin created by Union Motion Picture that first appeared in episode 10 of the 1972 tokusatsu series Assault! Human!!, titled "Death of the Hero Human!!".

Assault! Human!!
Grand Flasher is an extraterrestrial being and the successor of King Flasher. In episode 10, King Flasher was overthrown by Grand Flasher and from that episode on, Grand Flasher commanded the Flasher Core. He seems to have the same hatred for Junichiro Iwaki as King Flasher did, and deploys the monstrous members of the Flasher Core to defeat him. At one point, Grand Flasher had Junichiro nearly dead, but the children who possessed the Human-Sign transformed Junichiro's brother Junjiro into the second Human; Jujiro then saved his brother from near death and continued to help out with eradicating the Flasher Core (including Grand Flasher himself), which they eventually did.
