  • Dagahra is spotted by the United States nuclear submarine Seawolf at the point of 47 degrees 9 minutes south latitude, 126 degrees 43 minutes west longitude. Two weeks later, Dagahra engages in battle with the American Navy in the waters near American Samoa and is injured before fleeing. Barem released by Dagahra wash ashore in Pago Pago, spreading a bacterial infection that kills one-third of the population. On Christmas Day, Dagahra makes landfall in Sydney and destroys it before moving on to Newcastle. The Australian military launches an attack that fatally wounds Dagahra, who dies out at sea and unleashes huge amounts of Barem into Australian waters. This triggers a plague and famine known as the Red Christmas Scourge, which ultimately leads to the deaths of 3 million people and the collapse of the nation of Australia. In total, an estimated 6.7 million people are killed or wounded in Dagahra's attack. (GODZILLA: Monster Apocalypse and GODZILLA: Planet of the Monsters)
  • In the year 2015, Lee Shaw, Cate Randa, and May Ollowe-Hewitt find themselves unexpectedly drawn into a portal leading to Axis Mundi. Within this mystical realm, they come across Keiko Randa, who had been confined there since 1959. Despite Keiko's prolonged stay, she had only endured 57 days within Axis Mundi due to the location's time-dilating properties. In trying to lure a Titan to open up a nearby portal, they inadvertently cause a fight between the Ion Dragon and Godzilla, which ends decisively in Godzilla's favor. While Cate, May, and Keiko finally manage to escape, Shaw falls from the capsule despite Keiko's best efforts, and they emerge at an Apex Cybernetics base on Skull Island in the year 2017, after having spent less than a day within Axis Mundi.
