Moscow is the capital and the largest city in Russia. It appears in the 1968 Godzilla film, Destroy All Monsters.

The Last War

Following the destruction of Tokyo by an Alliance nuclear missile, Moscow was one of the cities destroyed in the ensuing war. A nuclear missile similar to the one which destroyed Tokyo was detonated above Red Square, completely obliterating the city.
Destroy All Monsters

After the Kilaaks invaded Monsterland and took control of the monsters' minds, they sent Rodan to attack Moscow.
Godzilla: The Series

After taking control of Earth's kaiju, the Leviathan Aliens sent El Gusano Gigante and the Queen Giant Mutant Bee to attack Moscow.
