Godzilla vs. Mothra

After emerging from the crater of Mount Fuji, Godzilla advanced towards Tokyo. In the Tokyo area amid the destroyed National Diet Building, Mothra emerged from her cocoon in her imago stage, then flew off to defeat Battra. Meanwhile, Battra swam through the ocean before rapidly transforming into his imago stage. Mothra met Battra once again near the Yokohama Bay Bridge, and after a brief tussle, Battra blasted Mothra's wings with his prism beams, and she crashed to the ground in the Minato Mirai 21 district of the city. Godzilla then arrived, interrupting Battra's offensive. The two monsters clashed once more, with Battra toppling the Yokohama Landmark Tower on Godzilla. As Battra flew overhead, Godzilla broke free of the rubble and blasted him out of the sky with his atomic breath. When Mothra saw Battra being beaten, she flew over to her dark counterpart to communicate with him, and they agreed to team up against Godzilla. Mothra confronted Godzilla as he advanced towards Battra, releasing scales from her wings that created a 3-D mirror around Godzilla, deflecting his atomic breath. Mothra released arc lightning from her wings that shocked Godzilla and began subduing him, but Godzilla retaliated with a nuclear pulse, sending Mothra crashing into the Cosmo Clock 21. Godzilla then shot the Ferris wheel's base, intent on collapsing it on top of Mothra, but Battra came to the rescue, grabbing the wheel and throwing it at Godzilla. The two divine moths combined their attacks, Battra's prism beams into Mothra's 3-D mirror, and overwhelmed Godzilla with repeated blasts, causing the King of the Monsters to collapse. With Godzilla downed, Mothra and Battra grabbed hold of him and flew him away from Japan.

Godzilla, Mothra and King Ghidorah: Giant Monsters All-Out Attack

As Godzilla approaches Yokohama, Ghidorah is awakened in a cavern in Aokigahara, and Mothra emerges from her cocoon in Lake Ikeda; the two Guardian Monsters approach the city as well to confront the God of Destruction. Meanwhile, the JSDF prepares to defend Yokohama, deploying infantry and tanks in the city and battleships in Tokyo Bay. The JSDF prepares to engage Godzilla, when Mothra flies in to battle him, firing poisonous stingers at his face. Godzilla retaliates with an atomic breath at Mothra, but she avoids the blasts while in flight. Godzilla's atomic breath strikes the Yokohama Landmark Tower as he traces Mothra's flight, obliterating the top of the building and killing the soldiers there. Mothra swoops in from behind and ambushes Godzilla, scratching at his head with her feet. Ghidorah then arrives in the city from below ground, and Mothra allows the three headed dragon to attack. Ghidorah bites Godzilla and discharges electricity to Godzilla, causing Godzilla to fall back. But Godzilla recovers quickly and clashes with Ghidorah once more, before biting down on his opponent's neck. Mothra attempts to aid her ally and attack Godzilla from behind, but Godzilla bats her aside with his tail, before slamming Ghidorah onto a building and firing an atomic breath on him. As Godzilla prepares to finish Ghidorah with another blast of his atomic breath, Mothra flies blocks the blast, and is launched back. The JSDF attack with D-03 Missiles, but the attack was futile against his skin. Godzilla turns his attention to the JSDF, and promptly wipes their ground forces out and cripples their naval forces with his atomic breath. As Godzilla charges his atomic breath to destroy the battleship on which Admiral Taizo Tachibana is, Mothra approaches from behind to seemingly catch him unaware, but Godzilla whips around and blasts her instead, obliterating the God of the Sea. However, Mothra imbues Ghidorah with her energy, reviving him as the Thousand-Year-Old Dragon, King Ghidorah, who takes flight while surrounded by a golden shield of energy. Godzilla fires his atomic breath at King Ghidorah, but the dragon's shield diffuses it, before it is blasted as Ghidorah's Big Ball Spark at Godzilla, throwing the God of Destruction into the bay and leaving a wound on his neck. King Ghidorah pursues Godzilla and knocks the latter down into the water.
As King Ghidorah battles Godzilla at the bottom of Tokyo Bay, Admiral Tachibana and Commander Yutaka Hirose dive into the bay (each in a Satsuma) in an attempt to fire D-03 Missiles at Godzilla's neck wound, while Yuri Tachibana and Mitsuaki Takeda go onto the Yokohama Bay Bridge to film the battle. During the clash, a stray blast of Godzilla's atomic breath strikes the Yokohama Bay Bridge, sending Yuri and Takeda falling into the bay. However, the fragment of the ancient stone shrine falls out of Yuri's pocket, and after drifting to the bottom of Tokyo Bay, it revitalizes King Ghidorah, who saves the two people by breaking the surface tension of the water. The Thousand-Year-Old Dragon restrains Godzilla and allows Yuri and Takeda to escape from Godzilla's wrath. After destroying King Ghidorah and Admiral Tachibana managed to fire a D-03 Missile from inside Godzilla, the God of Destruction surfaces, glowering down at Yuri and Takeda before the missile drills through Godzilla's injury and detonates. Godzilla prepares to fire his atomic breath at Yuri and Takeda, but it instead fires from the neck wound. Godzilla attempts a second blast, but it fires from the wound once again, and he fell down in the water with an agonized roar. His third attempt causes an overload, and the God of Destruction explodes. As Yuri runs to embrace her father, who had escaped from inside Godzilla and walked along the bay after exiting his sub, he warns her to stay back, as he hasn't checked the radiation levels. Yuri salutes her father, who looks out at the sea and tells Yuri not to thank him, but his comrades and the three Guardian Monsters.
Meanwhile, on the sea floor, Godzilla's disembodied heart begins to beat continuously, showing that is not the last they would see of the monster.
Godzilla Against Mechagodzilla

When Kiryu was being revealed to the public, Godzilla made landfall at the Hakkeijima Sea Paradise aquarium, destroying its signature pyramid. Kiryu was deployed to intercept him and opened fire on the beast, but a defiant roar from Godzilla was enough to reawaken the mech's genetic memories of the original Godzilla's 1954 rampage. As Godzilla managed to slip away, Kiryu began running berserk through the rest of the city until running out of power.
