Plot

A mountain suddenly rumbles to life as boulders begin to fall from it, before Rodan emerges from under it while roaring out, causing people begin to run away. The giant pteranodon then takes off into flight as elsewhere a meteor begins flashing, releasing King Ghidorah. The space dragon proceeds to fly to a nearby city where he decimates it with his Gravity Beams, while Rodan destroys structures elsewhere through a combination of wind gusts and his incredible flight speed. In the ocean, Godzilla emerges from an iceberg by clawing his way out, before being alerted to the presence of Ebirah, noticing him trying to attack a ship. Using his atomic breath, Godzilla is able to make Ebirah reel backwards in pain before the two fight close quarters. Godzilla manages to get one of Ebirah's claws in his mouth and tears it off, before grabbing the other claw and ripping it from its socket. Defeated and disarmed, Ebirah flees from Godzilla as the reptilian tauntingly clacks the torn appendage at the crustacean. Immediately after this, Godzilla is slammed into the ground after Rodan rams into him, with the two of them fighting each other, neither willing to give up. Mothra soon arrives watching their battle, before she herself attempts to ward off King Ghidorah, with it being unsuccessful. Seeing her defeat, Godzilla and Rodan are convinced to joins forces in order to aid Mothra and do battle with the extraterrestrial invader King Ghidorah. Through a combination of their efforts, King Ghidorah is successful warded off, with the space dragon flying away in defeat, leaving Godzilla to roar out and return to the ocean.
