"Monster Island Tour" (ちび怪獣探偵団, TBA) is the 67th episode of Chibi Godzilla Raids Again and the 2nd episode of its third season. Written by Taketo Shinkai and Manabu Kaneko, it aired on Japanese television on July 9, 2025. An English-subtitled version was released on the GODZILLA OFFICIAL by TOHO YouTube channel on September 12, 2025.
Plot
Chibi Godzilla overhears Chibi Rodan screaming and calls Chibi Mechagodzilla, Chibi Mothra, Chibi Ghidorah, and Chibi Minilla, showing them Chibi Rodan unconscious on the ground next to a knife and footprints. Chibi Ghidorah notices that Chibi Rodan left a message in red marker, though it consists exclusively of Chibi Rodan being proud of his perceived popularity and flying skills. Chibi Mechagodzilla points out the footprints again, but Chibi Godzilla said he never saw anyone leave. Chibi Ghidorah points out that there's only one exit, prompting Chibi Godzilla to conclude that this is a "locked room murder case" and forms the Chibi Monster Detective Unit to investigate. Chibi Godzilla appoints Chibi Minilla as his assistant and explains that his first course of action is to have them all go on a three day vacation together. Chibi Minilla and Chibi Mechagodzilla try to come up with theories, but Chibi Godzilla keeps cutting them off by exclaiming that he has it before not saying anything. Chibi Mechagodzilla finally says that he thinks Chibi Rodan was killed somewhere else and then brought to where he was found, with his killer retracting their steps. Chibi Mechagodzilla concludes that the first witness may be the killer, and Chibi Godzilla declares the case closed, not realizing that he was the one who found Chibi Rodan's body. Chibi Minilla decides to ask everyone for their alibis: Chibi Ghidorah's middle head was at home; the right head was at the beach; the left head was eating ramen; Chibi Godzilla was making faces alone while Chibi Mechagodzilla watched; and Chibi Mothra was reading young adult comics but got worked up and released some poison.
Chibi Minilla asks if Chibi Mothra was the culprit, though she denies it, and Chibi Godzilla declares the case closed. Chibi Rodan suddenly chimes in, stating that he was using the knife as a mirror but saw a pimple on his face and fainted. Chibi Godzilla, Chibi Mechagodzilla, and Chibi Ghidorah ask each other if they should kill Chibi Rodan, disturbing Chibi Minilla.
