"Monster Island's Santa" (怪獣島のサンタさん,   Kaijūtō no Kurisumasu) is the 52nd episode of Chibi Godzilla Raids Again and the 39th of its second season. Written by Taketo Shinkai and Yuki Hirokawa, it aired on Japanese television on December 25, 2024. An English-subtitled version was released on the GODZILLA OFFICIAL by TOHO YouTube channel on August 16, 2025.

Plot

Chibi Godzilla and Chibi Minilla sing "Jingle Bells" together, the latter erroneously singing "jiggle bells" before turning to inform Chibi Mechagodzilla that it's almost Christmas. Chibi Mechagodzilla is surprised to learn that there's Christmas on Monster Island, and Chibi Minilla excitedly says that they get to eat entire turkeys, which Chibi Mechagodzilla believes humans do as well; Chibi Godzilla adds that humans swallow their turkeys in one gulp, angering Chibi Mechagodzilla. Chibi Mechagodzilla asks if Santa Claus comes to Monster Island too, but neither Chibi Godzilla and Chibi Minilla know who Santa is. Upon learning that Santa gives gifts to children, Chibi Godzilla calls Santa a creeper and then a thief once Chibi Mechagodzilla explains that Santa descends into homes through chimneys. Chibi Mechagodzilla admits it does sound suspicious but emphasizes that Santa brings gifts. Chibi Minilla asks if Santa comes to Monster Island, but Chibi Godzilla says he's never heard of him, disappointing Chibi Minilla and making Chibi Mechagodzilla regret bringing him up.

Some time later, Chibi Minilla sits on the floor at home, wishing Santa came to Monster Island before he suddenly appears behind her and loudly wishes her a Merry X-mas, scaring her. Chibi Minilla asks if Santa is the real Santa, which he confirms and wishes her Merry X-mas again. Chibi Minilla calls Santa hip for abbreviating Christmas before asking how he even got inside due to the lack of a chimney. Santa says he's a "pre-existing" Santa, causing Chibi Minilla to look closer and begins to ask if he's Chibi Godzilla. Santa suddenly cuts her off and gifts her a ¥1500 note. Chibi Minilla says she expected something more personal, and Santa gives her a choice between an autograph from a D-list celebrity, a single right boxing glove, and a distractingly weird picture frame. Chibi Minilla asks if Santa still has the money, but he gives all three items at once, stored in one of her father's socks; when Chibi Minilla asks about it, Santa says he's all about the "sock system." A scuba-wearing reindeer appears outside the window, which Santa explains is an "amphibious reindeer," which he uses to get around. Santa tells Chibi Minilla to be good if she wants him to return next Christmas and leaves. Chibi Minilla again concludes that Chibi Godzilla was Santa and that the real Santa skips Monster Island, but the former appears behind her and asks why she's mumbling to herself. Chibi Minilla asks how Chibi Godzilla got behind her so quickly, to which he states he's been in the house. Chibi Minilla realizes that if Chibi Godzilla was inside the whole time, Santa really did come. Chibi Godzilla asks if "that" was their present; when Chibi Minilla asks what he means, he points to the amphibious reindeer, now inside their house, which Chibi Minilla is surprised Santa left behind.
