"Chibi Godzilla Raids Again" (ちびゴジラの逆襲, Chibi Gojira no Gyakushū, lit. "Chibi Godzilla's Counterattack") is the 65th overall episode of Chibi Godzilla Raids Again and the 52nd and final episode of its second season. Written by Taketo Shinkai and Yuki Hirokawa, it aired on Japanese television on March 26, 2025. An English-subtitled version was released on the GODZILLA OFFICIAL by TOHO YouTube channel on September 6, 2025.
Plot
Chibi Godzilla angrily tells Chibi Ghidorah, Chibi Mechagodzilla, Chibi Mothra, Chibi Rodan, and Chibi Minilla that he's mad that his father won't pay him any attention or play catch with him. Chibi Minilla and Chibi Mothra both say that Godzilla isn't exactly a normal father due to his size, but Chibi Godzilla says he wants to give his dad a scare. Chibi Rodan and Chibi Ghidorah speculate how they'll be able to do so since their attacks are too weak to faze Godzilla. Chibi Godzilla acknowledges this before revealing his plan to create an Oxygen Destroyer due to it being the only weapon to defeat Godzilla and kill every living thing in the surrounding ocean. Chibi Godzilla's friends grow concerned at such a dangerous weapon, only to be relieved when he reveals that only Dr. Serizawa knew how to make it. Chibi Godzilla says that he wants to make one anyways to scare his dad, even if it isn't real. Finally relenting, his friends express support for the prank, and Chibi Mechagodzilla says they'll all work together.
Chibi Mechagodzilla works tirelessly through the night while his friends all sleep without contributing anything despite Chibi Godzilla narrating that they all worked hard together. The next morning, though annoyed by the lack of assistance, Chibi Mechagodzilla presents the finished Oxygen Destroyer. Chibi Godzilla is excited due to how accurate it looks and dives down into the ocean with it before Chibi Mechagodzilla can explain what it is. Finding Godzilla, Chibi Godzilla places it by his foot and announces the weapon's presence before asking if he's scared. As Godzilla gives a frightful roar, Chibi Godzilla yells that this is his counterattack before noticing that the main component of the Oxygen Destroyer is a bowling ball. Godzilla roars loudly, sending Chibi Godzilla back to the shore. As he recovers, Chibi Godzilla angrily confronts Chibi Mechagodzilla for his treachery, but Chibi Mechagodzilla tells him it's only a replica that looks like the Oxygen Destroyer since he does not know how to make a functional one. Godzilla rises from the ocean, though his friends believe he is not angry and may even be happy. Chibi Godzilla promises he'll be big and strong like him one day before asking for a rematch. Chibi Mechagodzilla is supportive until Chibi Godzilla reveals his plan to try an unmanned train bomb next time, angrily saying that he shouldn't dare ask for his help.
