"Godman vs. Momonglar"

"Godman vs. Momonglar" (ゴッドマン対モモングラー Goddoman tai Momongurā) comprises the 49th to 54th episodes of Go! Godman, the ninth overall story arc. They aired on Nippon TV from November 30 to December 2 and December 4 to 6, 1972.
Plot
Momonglar arrives and begins terrorizing an entire city. A man driving by in his car hides from the monster, only to watch as his vehicle is crushed and kicked aside by the kaiju.
Some children call for Godman, who lands already in his giant form and immediately engages Momonglar in a fairly even battle. Godman eventually immobilizes Momonglar, leaving him open to a series of blows. Though the creature manages to break free, he suffers the same fate again—this time Godman throws him down and jumps on him, pummeling him. Momonglar briefly turns the tide, but Godman once again restrains him. When Momonglar escapes a second time, Godman counters with critical punches and kicks that weaken him enough to be knocked down once more.
Momonglar attempts to retreat uphill, but Godman blocks his path. The kaiju then takes to the air, forcing Godman to follow. Another battle ensues, with Godman holding the clear advantage, pushing Momonglar to the edge of a cliff. In desperation, Momonglar deploys his retractable device to strike from a distance, firing off sparks along with his attacks. Godman avoids most of the blows, but eventually tumbles near the cliffside. Even so, he prevents Momonglar’s weapon from hitting him. Rising again, Godman draws his God-Crush, turning the tide in his favor. However, due to an accident, both weapons are lost, and Godman destroys them, forcing the fight into hand-to-hand combat.
Godman quickly seizes control, while Momonglar attempts to flee yet again. Before he can escape, Godman immobilizes him, though Momonglar briefly recovers and slams Godman to the ground. Godman retaliates with a decisive kick, knocking the kaiju down and pinning him, then finishes him off with his God-Sparks. Finally, Godman celebrates his victory.
