Ichiro Arishima (有島 一郎,   Arishima Ichirō) was a Japanese actor and comedian commonly known for his portrayal of the Pacific Parmaceutical director, Tako in the 1962 Toho film King Kong vs. Godzilla. He was also nicknamed “The Japanese Chaplin"[1][2] whilst starring in at least 47 movies during his career.
