History
- Godzilla Goes to Space! (1972)
Godzilla Goes to Space!
After witnessing King Ghidorah attack spaceships and UFOs near the Moon, the Space Defense Force responded by transporting Godzilla and Rodan there in spacefaring capsules. King Ghidorah eventually descended onto the Moon's surface and destroyed a Moon base with his Gravity Beams. When Godzilla and Rodan arrived on the Moon, the monster duo found a group of Dracund aliens firing on another Moon base using massive laser cannons. One of the aliens noticed Godzilla and Rodan's arrival, sending a signal to its fellows through its antennae. Upon receiving the command, the other aliens turned their attention to the two kaiju, but most were mowed down by Godzilla's atomic breath, while Rodan picked up one in his talons. The remaining Dracund aliens were supported by UFOs who engaged Rodan, while Godzilla battled with King Ghidorah after the space dragon announced his arrival.
