PhilipBy2 is a Wikizilla user who first appeared on the website in the 17th episode of the first season of 2026.
Name
PhilipBy2's name comes from the fact that his name is Philip, and that he is named after another member of his family by the same name. This Philip is the better one however as he is the only one of the two to like Godzilla.
Design
Very little is known about PhilipBy2's appearance, though he frequents the web using a profile picture depicting a green version of Mothra in her larvae form. Whether or not he actually looks like this is unclear, though it is unlikely as there have been no sightings of such a creature in the United Kingdom.
History
Born and raised in England, PhilipBy2 still lives there to this day. He had been a member of Wikizilla previously, first appearing in the mid 2010s when it split from being hosted by Wikia, but this was under a different username back when he was a teenager.
PhilipBy2 has been a fan of the Godzilla franchise and Toho in general as far back as 2014, a few months before Legendary Pictures released their first entry in the Monsterverse. He bought the Godzilla Collection set, featuring all of the Classic Media releases inside of it, in preparation for seeing it, and so Godzilla, Godzilla Raids Again, Mothra vs. Godzilla, Ghidorah, the Three-Headed Monster, Invasion of Astro-Monster, All Monsters Attack and Terror of Mechagodzilla became his first Godzilla films. Since then he has upgraded to now owning a full blu-ray collection.
He has described his favourite era as being the Showa era, citing it as such for encapsulating everything he loves about the series and believing that the older films of the franchise are fun and charming to go back to. His favourite Godzilla movie, however, is Godzilla: Final Wars just for how batshit insane, crazy and incredibly early 2000s it is. It should come as no surprise then that Monster X is his favourite of Godzilla’s foes as well.

Favourite movies and monsters are boring. Here are my favourite weird little guys who've only made brief appearances and never had a major role.
Consume, Consume, Consume
All movies, shows, books, comics and whatever else I own related to giant monsters. Blu-rays are marked in blue and DVDs are marked in grey while everything else isn’t colour coded. Although this gallery covers unlicensed releases that I own, I will make sure to replace those unofficial products with official English language releases if they receive one. I have a wishlist for my own personal use here.
