I might make a page for Reptisaurus since its apparently allowed but I do got a quick question. Would the infobox image come from just the Gorgo issue it appears in? It did appear in its own series afterall

If that's feasible, yes, as much of the information as possible should be tailored to its role in Gorgo. It would be fine to mention in the lede how it had its own series and was originally Reptilicus, though, because there's no sense in pretending that's not the case.
