Its funny how Ultraman on rules is forbidden because outside media needs to king kong or godzilla reference but then we have shin ultraman pages (especially neronga one). Is this only because toho helped with the movie? If that so then Evangelion 3.0+1.0 and shin kamen rider should have their own pages here

It's explained in Wikizilla: Scope.
The Shin Ultraman incarnation is supposed to have a page but he's still in sandbox.Sandbox:Ultraman
that shouldn't be aceptable because of what i said if outside media got inspiration by kong, gamera or godzilla should be added
Begging you to read the page The H-Man linked. Shin Ultraman and all of the elements therein qualify because it is a giant monster movie produced by Toho. Evangelion is a.) Not produced by Toho and b.) Animated instead of live-action, which has its own stricter rules. Shin Kamen Rider doesn't have giant monsters or meet the staff relation thresholds, and we didn't feel that simply having the Shin branding makes it "directly related" to the others.
A-Isn't produced by Toho but got distributed by it, which makes sense having a page B-Kamen rider have Kaijins, who exist on this wiki and have their own pages, so again makes sense
From Wikizilla:Scope:
The following types of films will be automatically excluded:
- Ultra Series, Super Sentai, and Kamen Rider films, as well as films which focus on parodying these franchises, unless they are funded by Toho.
- Other Tsuburaya Productions films, unless they are feature-length and financed or distributed by Toho.
Shin Kamen Rider is, naturally, a Kamen Rider film. It was not financed by Toho, therefor it's not allowed within the Wikizilla scope. Even if neither of these were true, its connection to the bulk of this Wiki is already extremely tenuous.
Shin Ultraman, although part of the Ultra Series, is a Toho-financed film and allowed under that circumstance.
One purpose of the Scope page and rules was to prevent these "what about [insert film/monster here]" questions.
A correction: Shin Kamen Rider is partially financed by Toho, specifically Toho Entertainment, the agency that represents Minami Hamabe. However it still falls short of qualifying: no giant monsters, none of its key staff worked on two Godzilla movies, and like I said above, it's not "related" enough.
Theres kaijin on the movie, so should be related
Everything must be compliant with the list of rules you refuse to read. No point in me continuing to argue with you.
Well there is but not on this topic, that being the public domain question Since Reptiasaurus its not a valid case, Gorgo and Konga kaijus can be valid to put here since Lukk already has his own page?
I've already answered you on that.
didn't answer the part on checking the wiki
