so if every kaiju and mecha and giant hero person were to fight who would be the last standing, the location the fight is taking place is a big empty earth with lots of land to fit the kaiju, and all the kaiju want to win so there's no hiding and avoiding fights

Ultima is a good pick as well given how absurdly complicated the means to beat him are, but Armor Mothra came to mind first because there aren't any known means to beat him.
