Godzilla Island
Were all the kaiju from Godzilla Island played by these figures or were other lines used for some of them? I ask because this information would be useful for the design sections and I can't distinguish between figure lines. -Titanozilla2023 (talk) 16:06, 18 July 2025 (UTC)

- The Ghidorah in the series definitely looks like the figure from The Godzilla Collection, yeah; that 1998 "Godzilla Island" toy line came after the show. As far as I can tell, nearly all of the monsters on the show are portrayed by figures from this line (plus a couple from the adjacent 1996 Rebirth of Mothra line). But most of the monsters on the show have a rubbery quality that the figures didn't have, the paint sometimes differs, and some have clear design modifications (the aforementioned fuzz on Leo + new wings, the sails on Gigan's back, etc.) so I feel like it would also be inaccurate to say they're just off-the-shelf figures; "modified" or "customized", maybe. Definitely derived from the molds of those Bandai figures, but made specially for the series, if that makes sense. --Shenanigans (talk) 18:09, 18 July 2025 (UTC)
