I think it's better to explain my reasoning here than edit it back and forth. The Birth of Kong Psychovulture's design is different from the MLOM design but it is still a female. The tab could just say "MLoM female" so that it doesn't look off when compared to the BoK one which would be labelled "Female". Also any time that a monster appeared in a new movie or episode, it got the spoiler tag so the Psychovulture should probably also get it.

If that's what you led with it probably would have been more agreeable, but you were fighting me on one saying "Female" and one saying "MLoM" which made no sense to me. I still don't see it as terribly necessary though. As I pointed to in my edit summary, there's an incongruity with the last tab labeled "Alpha male." That is not simply a tab for any male Psychovulture, it implies it's either a specific individual or a special form (like a Skullcrawler Alpha or a Vinestrangler Alpha). In that arrangement, it makes more sense to contrast the special Alpha Psychovulture with regular ones, not focusing on gender.
As for the spoiler thing, I don't remember things being tagged that way, but I don't see why we should be beholden to it. You've yet to actually make the case for why it's necessary. I realize some people might want to go into a show completely blind, but those people should probably not be using the site then; if we catered to that kind of person with everything, we should be tagging every single monster that made a new appearance in anything. The spoiler tag in my mind should be reserved for things that are major information about plot that cannot be ascertained from marketing. The Psychovulture was readily advertised with a clip that was posted days before the episode aired, and Apple has consistently uploaded monsters' full scenes after the episodes. They clearly don't consider it a spoiler either.
