Godzilla vs. Evangelion (ゴジラ対エヴァンゲリオン Gojira tai Evangerion) is a multimedia collaboration between Godzilla and Hideaki Anno's influential anime Neon Genesis Evangelion, which launched in 2016 to promote the release of Anno's film Shin Godzilla.

In April 2016, Bandai released their mold of Mechagodzilla 2004 with the color scheme of Evangelion's Eva Unit-01 and Eva Unit-02 as part of their Movie Monster Series line. The Unit-01 release was limited to 4,000 pieces and exclusive to pre-ordering a ticket to the premiere of Shin Godzilla. In April 2024, Bandai released two Heavily Armed Kiryu figures designed to resemble Evangelion Unit-01 and Evangelion Unit-02.

Tamashii Nations
In January of 2017, S.H Monsterarts released a repaint of their Rebirth Godzilla mold in Evangelion Unit-01 colors. The release was limited to Japanese websites and not released in the United States.
X-Plus
X-Plus released Godzilla and Eva hybrids, mimicking when the remains of the Angels within the Evas take over, as part of their 30cm line.
In 2016, much like Bandai's Movie Monster Series, X-Plus released their Kiryu molds in colors of Eva Units. The 2002 Kiryu was repainted as Unit-01, and the 2003 Kiryu as Unit-02. A third variant, 2002 Kiryu as Eva Unit-00, is set to release in April 2025

In 2017, Sentinel released Riobot Nerv Anti-G Shiryu Weapon Prototype Unit-01. The figure serves as a "What if" Nerv had built a Mechagodzilla, designed by Yoji Shinkawa of Kojima Productions.

Godzilla vs Evangelion: The Real 4-D was a temporary crossover ride at Universal's Japan theme park. The ride has the guests take the role of an observation team that gets caught in the middle of a battle between Godzilla and the Evas, only for the situation to grow worse when King Ghidorah joins the fray.
After the ride, guests were able to purchase more Godzilla vs Evangelion merchandise from the ride's gift shop.
Events
An official Godzilla vs. Evangelion card tournament was held from March 27, 2020 to April 30, 2020, using the Godzilla and Evangelion card games with the Chrono Clash System.[1]

Music
Shin Godzilla vs. Evangelion Symphony is a music album with recordings of Shiro Sagisu's live concert performance with the Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra, held on March 22 and 23, 2017. The album is split between two discs, and features tracks from both Shin Godzilla and the Evangelion anime.

A pachinko game featuring CG-animated cutscenes and an original crossover story was released in 2022. It featured the original character Ghidorah Rei.

Godzilla Battle Line
In November 2022, Godzilla Battle Line added some elements from the Evangelion franchise for shopping and Evangelion Unit-01 and the Fourth Angel as new playable characters, making this their first appearance in a Godzilla game. On February 28, 2023, the second part of the collaboration started, adding new and old elements for shopping and Evangelion Unit-00 and Evangelion Unit-02 as new playable characters. Evangelion Unit-08β and the Tenth Angel were added on March 17. The collaboration ended on December 26, 2023, with players unable to obtain new Battle Pieces for these units without the use of Upgrade G-materials. Voice lines associated with the units were also removed.[2]
